Please read these terms carefully before using Wise Square’s consultancy services.
1.1 Wise Square provides interior consultancy services including:
1.2 Wise Square is not a contractor, vendor, or designer. We act solely as an independent advisory and project management service provider for homeowners.
2.1 A fixed consultation fee is charged for advisory or service onboarding.
2.2 For quality check visits, the fixed inspection fees will apply.
2.3 Clients opting for end-to-end support will be charged a consultation fee (refundable upon project continuation) and a project support fee (e.g., 3.5%).
2.4 All payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Delayed or non-payment can lead to pause or termination of service.
3.1 The client must provide accurate project requirements, budget details, and timelines.
3.2 Clients must ensure timely access to the property for inspections and meetings.
3.3 Wise Square is not responsible for delays caused due to client unavailability or lack of approvals.
4.1 Wise Square may recommend vendors based on experience and knowledge but final selection is solely the client’s responsibility.
4.2 Wise Square is not liable for vendor defaults, pricing disputes, delays, or quality issues.
4.3 All vendor payments are to be made directly by the client unless otherwise agreed.
5.1 Site visits will be conducted only as per mutually agreed schedule.
5.2 Any rescheduling or cancellation of visits must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
5.3 Extra visits beyond agreed scope may attract additional charges.
6.1 Wise Square will provide consultancy advice to the best of its ability but does not guarantee outcomes.
6.2 We are not liable for vendor fraud, damages, accidents, or disputes between client and vendor.
6.3 Maximum liability shall not exceed the consultancy fees paid by the client.
7.1 All project details shared with Wise Square will remain confidential.
7.2 Wise Square may showcase anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless client objects in writing.
8.1 Either party can terminate services with 7 days’ written notice.
8.2 Fees already paid are non-refundable except refundable consultation fees as agreed.
8.3 Wise Square reserves the right to withdraw services in case of client misconduct or delayed payments.
9.1 Wise Square is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond control such as natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
11.1 By engaging Wise Square, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
