1. Scope of Services
1.1 Wise Square provides interior consultancy services including:

2. Consultation Fees & Payments
2.1 A fixed consultation fee is charged for advisory or service onboarding.
2.2 For quality check visits, the fixed inspection fees will apply.
2.3 Clients opting for end-to-end support will be charged a consultation fee (refundable upon project continuation) and a project support fee (e.g., 3.5%).
2.4 All payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Delayed or non-payment can lead to pause or termination of service.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted against other services.
3.2 QC visits must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.
3.3 Once a QC visit or service stage has been completed, no refunds will be processed.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients must provide true and complete information about their project, stage, vendors, and scope.
4.2 Clients are expected to offer access for QC visits (physical or virtual), share quotations, drawings, and facilitate availability for check-ins.
4.3 Wise Square is not liable for project errors caused by non-disclosure, missed access, or delays from the client’s side.
5. Vendor Engagement Disclaimer
5.1 Wise Square may assist in vendor shortlisting based on objective criteria (quote review, scope matching, etc.), but the final decision rests with the client.
5.2 Wise Square will not be party to any contract between the client and vendor and holds no commercial or financial stake in execution services.
5.3 Client bears full responsibility for verifying and managing vendor performance, material selection, and site-level behavior.
6. Quality Check Limitations
6.1 QC visits are conducted using a predefined checklist and visual/manual inspection at the scheduled time.
6.2 Wise Square is not liable for hidden defects, undetectable errors, or changes made after inspection.
6.3 Any post-inspection rectifications are to be followed up directly with the vendor or contractor by the client.
6.4 Wise Square’s liability under any circumstance is limited to 2x of the service fee paid.
7. Timelines & Delays
7.1 Wise Square will advise timelines and monitor progress where applicable, but is not responsible for vendor delays, labour issues, or market dependencies.
7.2 Clients are encouraged to maintain their own project schedule buffer.
8. Data Privacy & Documentation
8.1 All reports, checklists, and communications shared with clients remain confidential.
8.2 Wise Square reserves the right to anonymize and use project learnings, without disclosing personal details, for internal improvement and education purposes.
8.3 Clients retain all rights to their property documents, contracts, and designs.
9. Termination & Suspension
9.1 Either party can terminate the engagement with 14 days’ notice, subject to dues being cleared.
9.2 Wise Square may suspend services in case of abusive communication, legal violations, or non-payment.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
10.1 All disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from this service agreement shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
10.2 The client agrees not to involve Wise Square in execution-related legal matters with third-party vendors or contractors.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Wise Square may update these terms at any time.
11.2 Continued use of services post-update will be deemed as agreement to revised terms.
